Therapeutic Use Exemption

Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) may be granted to a player permitting
the use of a prohibited substance or method contained in the
prohibited list. An application for a TUE will be reviewed by the FIFA
Sports Medical Committee represented by the Doping Control Sub-
Committee (granting body).

An exemption will be granted only in strict accordance with the following
criteria:
B1 The player shall submit an application for a TUE no less than 21 days
before participating in an event.
B2 The player would experience a signifi cant impairment to health if the
prohibited substance or method were to be withheld in the course of
treating an acute or chronic medical condition.
B3 The therapeutic use of the prohibited substance or method would
produce no additional enhancement of performance other than that
which might be anticipated by a return to a state of normal health
following the treatment of a legitimate medical condition. The use of
any prohibited substance or method to increase low-normal levels
of any endogenous hormone is not considered an acceptable therapeutic
intervention.
B4 There is no reasonable therapeutic alternative to the use of the otherwise
prohibited substance or method.
B5 The necessity for the use of the otherwise prohibited substance or
method cannot be a consequence‚ wholly or in part‚ of prior nontherapeutic
use of any substance from the prohibited list.

Aradaki sure sadece 3 gün… Halbuki yonetmelik en az 21 gün önce başvuru yapmasını emrediyor. Ayrica başvurunun FIFA medikal spor komitesi tarafindan incelenecegi yaziyor. Arda´nin basvurusunu kim inceledi ?

B2: Akut ya da medikal bir durumun tedavisinde‚ yasaklı maddenin kullanildigi tedavinin kaldirilmasi sonucu oyuncunun saglik durumunda onemli kotulesmenin olması

Arda´da boyle bir durum oldu mu‚ olduysa bu ispatlandi mi ? 3 günlük bir süre herhangi bir tedavi surecinin gidisatini ispatlanmasi icin yeterli midir ? Madem Arda´nin durumu yasakli madde kullandiracak kadar kötüydü‚ neden 3 gün sonraki macta oynatildi ? Ayrica B4. maddede baska mantikli bir alternatif tedavinin olmamasi durumundan bahsedilmis. Arda´nin sakatlandigi Bellinzona ile doping yaptigi Bursa maci arasi sadece 3 gün iken‚ baska bir tedavi yontemi olmadigi nasil ispatlandi ? Ustelik yapilan islem sadece agri kesmek amacli olmasina ragmen !

Arda açık olarak Bursa macinda doping yapmıştiır ve buna da akılları sıra hemen bir kılıf uyduruvermişler.
